Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic Civil and Mechanical Engineering Freshers and Experienced Professionals to join our team as Project Coordinators (with 0-1 years of experience) / Tekla Detailers (with 0-3 years of experience).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project coordination, working closely with internal teams and clients, and producing detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures. If you have a passion for construction projects, structural detailing, and coordination, this role will provide the excellent growth opportunity.
Job Title: Project Coordinator/Tekla Detailer-Fresher (Civil/Mech with Fluent Communication to coordinate with clients)

Qualification: (B.E/BTech/Diploma) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
• Strong written, Verbal, Analytical, presentation and communication skills in English with American accent preferable.
• Must have Good Interpersonal skills and leadership ability, work and task planning.
• Ability to work in challenging environment in the projects.
• Should be able to work on flexible hours (Preferably Night shift-US timings, 4.00pm -2.00pm with 2 hours break, 2 days work from home after training completion)
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are aligned with requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Prepare and track project schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions for timely project delivery.
• General understanding and knowledge of basic detailing skills, 3D modeling software Tekla/SDS2 practices, fabrication and erection standards, standard technical terminology, common structural steel practices and drafting procedures.
2. Tekla Detailing:
• Create 3D models and detailed drawings using Tekla Structures for structural and miscellaneous Steel items.
• Develop fabrication and erection drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues to ensure constructability.
• Revise and update models based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
• Ensure all detailing and documentation meet project and industry standards.
