Requirements
Responsibilities –
∙ Client Management at Local / Warehouse Level – should know the key people in that
warehouse
∙ Sourcing ability – Experience a bout the sourcing pool / areas wh e re candidates need to be
sourced from
∙ Knowledge and experience in Online / Social Media Sourcing
∙ Should have experience of Both Peak time hiring and non peak time de-hiring
∙ Should be willing to travel, must have 2 wheeler
∙ Proven Ability to build team of Recruiters and Implants , manage them & monitor their
performance
∙ Should know English, Hindi and Local Language
∙ Attain Hiring targets in the Assigned Location
