Position: IT Recruitment Trainer
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Trainer to lead advanced training programs for our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of IT recruitment, with hands-on experience in hiring for specialized domains like Data & AI, SAP, or Cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules that enhance the skills of their recruitment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Design & Delivery: Create and deliver specialized training programs focused on advanced IT recruitment techniques, particularly in Data & AI, SAP, or Cloud domains.
- Sourcing & Recruitment Strategies:
Train recruiters on advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, passive candidate engagement, and talent mapping within specific technical domains.
- Recruiter Development: Conduct skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve individual recruiter performance.
- Industry Insight: Provide insights into market trends, hiring patterns, and emerging technologies within specialized IT domains.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Teach recruiters how to use analytics to track KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruiters are trained on compliance and ethical hiring practices, including diversity and inclusion, and data protection (e.g., GDPR).
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor to the recruitment team, guiding them through challenging searches and helping them develop long-term strategies for client success.
Requirements
- 8+ years in IT recruitment, with experience hiring for roles in Data & AI,
SAP, or Cloud.
- 2+ years in training or mentoring recruitment teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of specific domains such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, or SAP Modules.
- Training Skills: Proven ability to create engaging training programs and lead classroom or online sessions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse team.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow), and recruitment analytics tools.
- Preferred:
- Certifications in recruitment or technical domains (Data & AI, SAP, or Cloud).
- Experience working with global clients in the IT sector.
