## Senior Technical Lead
**Job Summary**
- **Location:** Hyderabad
- **Project Role:** Senior Technical Lead
- **Qualification:** B-Tech
- **Experience:** 7-9 Years
- **Skills:** SAP Basis ABAP Administration

**:**
i. A minimum of 6 to 9 years of progressive SAP Basis Administration experience, including experience performing SAP implementations, upgrades and SAP support pack projects
ii. Experience with SAP ERPECC environment
iii. Experience with BW, XI, Portal, SCMAPO, SRM, CLM, EHS, CE environments
iv. Understanding of SAP Java systems environment
v. Experience with solution manager and OSS
vi. Experience with TMS (Transport Mgmt System) modules
vii.
Knowledge of AIXDB2 database administration
viii. Knowledge of good system management principles is required
ix. General knowledge of other operating systems such as Windows
x. Ability to provide a high level of customer service
xi. Strong analytical skills
xii. Effective interpersonal skills
xiii. Strong verbal and written communication skills
xiv. Excellent time management skills
xv. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
**Responsibilities:**
i. Prepares plans for implementation and ongoing system support
ii. Prepares system documentation and training material
iii. Provides after-hours support on a rotational basis
iv. Provides tier 1 and 2 system administration and infrastructure-related support and management for the SAP application services (i.e., Basis, Portal, BI, Netweaver)
v. Performs daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of a complex SAP environment
vi. Responds to and resolves infrastructure-related Incidents and Problems
vii.
Monitors and evaluates overall system performance and day-to-day system activity on servers
viii. Analyzes production and test system Problems, determines causes, and takes timely corrective action
ix. Works with the Unix Administrator on capacity planning and performance tuning
x. Ensures changes are performed within the change control process for the application and architecture
xi. Creates and maintains accurate documentation
xii. Provides support to the SAP application team during development and implementation
xiii. Provides support for disaster recovery as required
xiv. Configuration and set-up of printers
