HR Head : API Manufacturing Facility
Location : Valia, Ankaleshwar
Qualification : MBA / PGDM / MHRM / MHRD with HR Specialization
Role : Location HR Head
15 or more years of relevant HR Functional experience - people manager in current role.
Must have handled a manufacturing pharma facility in Gujarat.
Experience of handling Green Field / Brown Field HR operations
The role oversees all HR functions for API Manufacturing facilities across two locations.
He / She ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, manages the employee life cycle, and addresses recruitment, training needs, capability development, business partnering, HR operations, and contract labor and facility management.
The role provides overall leadership and guidance to Plant HR by spearheading talent acquisition, career progression, retention, learning and development, succession planning, leadership development, and HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People planning and Budgeting: Conduct Annual / Periodic reviews to align workforce requirements with the budgetary allocations.
2. Enhancing Productivity: Drive people productivity through organizational design, structure, and span of control.
3. Talent Management: Lead the talent agenda, focusing on attracting, develop and retaining top talent.
4. Talent Acquisition: Own the talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with the business needs.
5. Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements at the site as a custodian.
6. HR Metrics Analysis: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Performance Management:
Drive the performance management system to optimize employee performance & Productivity.
8. Succession Planning: Ensure effective succession planning and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are in place.
9. Employee Welfare: Promote and Manage employee welfare initiatives.
10. Liaison with the external stakeholders: Act as a liaison officer with local and government authorities.
