Role Overview: The Back Office Executive will handle various administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in back office or administrative roles who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in data entry, processing, and verification of information.
- Support the preparation and processing of reports, forms, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Handle routine administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials as needed.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
