Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the South region.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish productive relationships with prospective customers.
- Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to drive sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the activities in the South region.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Sales Manager South should have:
