Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agency partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, ensuring their needs are met.
- Analyze sales performance data to assess agency effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for agency partners.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance partners' sales capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure product understanding.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall partner experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape affecting agency operations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks, providing insights to senior management.
Candidate Requirements :
- A minimum of one year of experience in field marketing and sales.
- Any graduate or postgraduate student.
- Any potential candidate nearby
- Age bracket : 21-38.
- Up to 4.00LPA in CTC.
