Assistant Manager- Customer Service Reporting Sr Associate_Hyderabad (On-site)_ Full-Time (Contract)_(with top fortune 40 captive FMCG)

Job Title: Assistant Manager- Customer Service Reporting Sr Associate
Job Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Total exp required: - 3-10 years of experience.
Location: - Hyderabad (On-site)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

*Conduct regular KPI tracking
*Complete Ad hoc reports on request for snr mgmt. or stakeholders
*Provide and communicate preliminary root cause analysis
*Monthly reporting
*Continuous improvement of reporting process
*Support CS Reporting Analyst CI initiatives

Key Skills & Must Have:

*Proficiency in English (written and spoken)






*Analytical skills demonstrated by a suitable bachelor’s degree (i.e., Science/Technological/Engineering/Math)
*Demonstrated ability to interact with data, MRP systems (SAP preferred), Data management systems, Power BI and Apps, or other dashboards and systems working within operational environment producing standard and ad hoc reports and able to flag key problem areas such that stakeholders can remedy issues (usually min 1 year experience)
*Experience of Power BI or similar reporting dashboard software preferable
*Excel & Office package advanced knowledge mandatory
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with potential contact up to Director level in support of senior team member (Associate analyst) who will take lead role.
*Supply Chain knowledge and experience with the ability to understand impact of any issues or change across the network and planning teams.
*The role is supporting across several departments and so will require the jobholder to prioritise and focus, managing internal customer expectations accordingly.






*Working experience in a CS environment or FMCG company with a clear understanding of terminology, metrics and KPIs used will be a distinct advantage
*Affinity for data and analytics, analytical mindset and able to process large amounts of data.
*Contentious focus on presentation and quality of output visuals
*Results oriented
