## Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain business relationships with multiple stakeholders for a noiseless Medical coding operations






- Drive transformation through best-in-class practices within current teams to develop World class operations
- Working with the transition managers for seamless migration of work from onshore locations to Hyderabad site
- Working as an independent Ops leader to take care of all operational and people issues for the site.
- Conducting Operational Business Reviews with onshore counterparts and management team internally.
- Coordinating site and country wide issues with the Business Span Lead
- Fostering/maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure smooth relations and profitability
- Assisting in building, reviewing and adhering to the annual business plan and forecasts
- Controlling costs and increasing profitability via productivity and quality gains
- Ensuring the Production Team and Supervisors continually improve their performance and meets Service Level Agreements/Performance Guarantee goals






- Ensure teams are engaged and employee satisfaction is at acceptable levels
- Producing annual business plans including operating budgets
- Negotiating solutions, resolving conflicts and anticipating/handling critical situations
- Developing, motivating and retaining employees and challenging the team to set ambitious goals
- Providing regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions
- Managing and owning country level P&L; for respective Business Areas
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts,





policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.

## Required Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- 15 Years of Experience large scale operations in Clinical investigation or Clinical Case review or Optum Rx or RCM or Risk adjustment coding or Provider coding
- Extensive experience in interactions with Clients / Onshore teams
- Hands on experience in managing P/L for the Process
- Handled Min Span of 500 FTEs and above
- Proven excellent communication skills,





relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Proven excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Demonstrable ability to successfully supervise and lead others
- Ability to work collaboratively with sub-ordinates, peers and senior management
- Proven track record of sound business judgment and experience of change management
- Flexible for Shifts
- Open to Travel

## Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Six Sigma / Lean Sigma certification
- Hands on work experience of US Healthcare Industry-HCC or Provider Coding
