We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science and over 7 years of experience.
The candidate should have a solid technical background in .Net, ASP.Net Core, MVC, Web API, React, SQL Server, CI/CD tools, and MS Azure. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset. Experience in cloud migration projects is a plus.
### Primary Responsibilities:
- Work as a Full Stack Engineer/Tech Lead on an Agile Scrum team
- Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for Backlog refinement and planning
- Design and develop UI using modern front-end frameworks (React)
- Design and implement web services with security
- Design and development of well documented source code
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
- Utilize MS Azure for cloud-based solutions and infrastructure management
- Solve complex technical problems independently
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on coding styles and best engineering practices
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or reassignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
### Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related field
- 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on .Net, ASP.Net Core, MVC, Web API, React and SQL Server
- Solid technical expertise in CI/CD tools and MS Azure
- Proven excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Proven growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
### Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in cloud migration projects
