# Job Summary

- Extensive hands-on experience of 5-8 years in SAP Basis.
- Experience in SAP BASIS/NetWeaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.
- Familiar with HANA, SYBASE, MS SQL Server, and SAP 4.0B system.
- Experience in administrating and monitoring BW and PI systems.
- Good experience in system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning, and migration activities.
- Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance.
- Should document SAP processes, procedures, and plans, including changes, upgrades, and new services.
- Should be able to face the customer and handle customer escalation.
- Good communication and email etiquette.






- Should be able to handle a team and support them as needed.
- Should be well-versed with project management tools.
