# IT PROJECT MANAGER

## Responsibilities:

- Manage projects assigned to the team and closely cooperate with our business and technical partners to meet with expected needs.
- Be a partner with our stakeholders to create business value, cooperate closely with Analytics Manager, Product Owners, and technical leads to achieve reliable, valuable solutions supporting data-driven decisions.
- Make trusted partnership with business teams to identify their needs and provide suitable analytical tools.






- Manage Data Analysts team to achieve the effective and efficient governance of self-service BI tools through developing and fostering standards, processes, and visualization/analytics best practices.
- Track value of our solutions and impact on the business strategy.
- Cooperate closely with Analytics Manager, Engagement Manager, Technical Leaders to follow up/create standards, develop strategy and build strong analytics team.
- Supervise streamlining of data preparation and processes for maximum automation and efficiency supporting environment migrations where required.

## Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 years experience in working within an Agile environment.
- 3 years of experience in project delivery as IT Project Manager.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Possess knowledge of overall application development.
- Awareness of Data & Analytics solutions.
- Advanced user of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to validate own work and work of others, results oriented,





customer focused, team player.
- Strong business facing communication skills and a passion for solving real business problems.
- Ability to manage projects with minimum of supervision.
- Ability to maintain high quality support for our products and internal customers.
- Provide a positive attitude and drive for business and team support.
- Actively build and maintain high level of solutions quality.
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience - nice to have.
