Operations Executive - Refurbishment and Fulfillment
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Executive for our Refurbishment and Fulfillment Team in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing refurbishment projects, coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, ensuring quality compliance, and improving processes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 0-1 year of experience, and good communication skills. The job offers a day shift, a six-day workweek, health insurance, and a provident fund as benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee refurbishment projects, ensuring quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordination: Work with procurement, logistics,
and quality assurance to optimize processes.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of refurbished products and collaborate on ordering materials.
- Quality Assurance: Implement protocols and conduct inspections for compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify enhancements and develop best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare documentation and analyze performance metrics.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● 0-1 year of experience
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Basic Knowledge in MS Office.
● Strong organizational and time management abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
