# Senior Program Manager, Google Cloud Business Platform
**Location:**
- Hyderabad, Telangana, India
- Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
**Experience:**
Advanced Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.
**Minimum qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working on a platform for Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple technical programs.
- Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, the product life-cycle processes, bug triage,
setting technical goals, and resolving technical tradeoffs between teams.
**Preferred qualifications:**
- Experience in security/access control and protecting data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce documents that communicate strategy, status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, program dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

The Google Cloud Business Platform is a product and engineering organization responsible for the applications and platforms that drive Cloud Marketing, Sales, Partner, Support, Finance, and other critical functions that help run the Google Cloud business. ## Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of features for positive billing experiences.
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications.
- Support the team with project planning and delivery, using knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making,
establish an operations measurement framework, and develop and execute a long-term strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of cross-functional leads, and ensure they have the insights needed to make decisions.
