## Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience with security or privacy domain.
- Experience with third-party ERP (such as SAP, Oracle, enterprise applications) implementations working with Engineering, Business teams, and SDLC deliverables.
## Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring accountability for planning, providing visibility into resource needs, and intake management of new features or requirements.
- Ability to lead the collaboration among cross-product area Engineering, Finance Engineering, Operations, Business PMO, and business teams to ensure regional and global alignment on program roadmaps and execution.
- Communicate succinctly and clearly with cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
- Domain expertise in finance applications and systems.

multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. ## Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering workstream leads, SI/Extended Workforce leads, and business leads in building comprehensive strategy, lead program/project management and execution, stakeholder management, and project communications.
- Be able to program manage specific phases and/or full life cycle of the programs.
- Define success criteria (facilitate with leads) and develop-manage-monitor integrated plan, milestones, quality, performance, and program deliverables.
- Be accountable for Implementation of Program goals and deliverables, manage all aspects of program deliverables.
- Identify and manage dependencies, resource planning, assess and manage risks, and mitigation's across work streams.
