Product Manager, Enterprise Support Platform
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in product management.
- Experience working on enterprise CRM products.
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product outlook, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer support technologies and products.
- Experience developing platforms and AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Experience with support operations and strategy.

As part of the Enterprise Service Desk team, you will be responsible for defining how support requesters engage through digital and assisted channels to fulfill their needs while ensuring a great experience. Your work will involve enhancing customer experiences through Googles AI and machine learning, providing users with exceptional experiences anytime, anywhere, and optimizing cost vs. experience through tools and AI.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy for support experiences via assisted channels.
- Design and lead a multi-year roadmap to scale globally, balancing short-term and long-term goals and investments.
- Collaborate as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategy, pain points,
and priorities for informed product strategy decisions.
- Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams to enable decision-making.
