Technical Program Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Experience Level: Mid
Job Type: Full-time
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program management
- Experience managing software engineering programs
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role, leading program managers through program strategies, project execution, and risk management
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
- Ability to run and deliver results on technical projects, and develop strategies to align to business requirements from customers or partner teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent technical, analytical,
and quantitative skills

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, youll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Youll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Enterprise Platforms Engineering (EPE) Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer interaction solutions
- Address user journeys and deliver platforms for customer conversations, customer relationship management, workforce management, knowledge/content management, learning management, and more
Core Team Responsibilities:
- Build technical foundation behind Googles flagship products
- Advocate for design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure
- Drive innovation for every developer by breaking down technical barriers and strengthening existing systems
Responsibilities:
- Work with engineering teams to plan and prioritize work across multiple teams
- Manage cross-functional software engineering programs and projects
- Work with partner teams to launch key features and projects on time
- Identify growth and alignment opportunities with related partner teams and programs
