: Senior Analyst, Trust and Safety
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

The Trust & Safety team members at Google are responsible for identifying and tackling the most significant challenges that affect the safety and integrity of the products. They utilize technical expertise, problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to safeguard users and partners from abuse across various Google products. As a team member, you are expected to be a strategic thinker, collaborate globally, and work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to combat abuse and fraud cases efficiently. Your efforts contribute to promoting trust in Google and ensuring the highest levels of user safety.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations between business objectives and systems.
- Enhance internal systems and processes through improvements and automation opportunities.
- Conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance,
and deliver within relevant product areas.
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, impactful organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
- Help establish metrics to benchmark issues and quantify improvements.
- Develop datasets and run experiments.
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and identify risks.
