Technical Program Manager, Detection and Response
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Experience Level: Mid
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience translating engineering discussions into engineering tasks and next steps.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with AI/ML.
- Experience building dashboards.
- Experience influencing an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Ability to understand engineering fundamentals.

Youll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Users trust Google with data and expect it to be protected from illicit access. The Detection and Response team's mission is to understand these threats, detect them, and respond with equal accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, targeted by stakeholder type.
- Represent the program team across a wide range of touchpoints.
- Determine program phasing and metrics that effectively drive continuous improvement, including resource stewardship in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
- Manage projects, collect and prioritize requirements, and identify and drive the execution of deliverables while proactively managing dependencies.
