Job Title: Compliance Business Analytics Manager, Trust and Safety, YouTube
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Experience Level: Mid
Job Type: Full-time
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, a similar quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role
- 6 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C )
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of management experience managing small teams of highly skilled analysts
- Experience delivering production-level metrics, insights, and actions
- Experience writing and maintaining Extracts, Transforms, Loads (ETLs) which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources
- Familiarity with abuse prevention, policy, and regulatory systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with responding to high-priority regulatory asks in a timely and appropriate fashion
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

you are responsible for formulating metric strategies and implementing analytical solutions to drive insights for successful enforcement operations at scale within Youtube.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate a practical and high impact long-term strategy and vision, and lead a dedicated analyst team
- Measure, analyze, and develop opportunities to enhance operations at scale in a high-moving environment
- Lead the team to create and deploy scaled solutions ranging from complex statistical measurements to insight platforms and reporting pipelines
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various cross-functional areas
- Play a key role in driving complex anti-abuse solutions
