Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in standards and practices at a major media company.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently brief executives.
- Effective business judgment, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Track record of working with product, engineering,





and operations stakeholders at a technology or media company.

About the job: The Trust & Safety team members are responsible for identifying and addressing significant problems that challenge the safety and integrity of Google products. This involves using technical expertise, problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and partners from abuse across various Google products. As a Policy Enforcement Manager for Age Appropriateness, you will be accountable for ensuring age-appropriate content is available to viewers on YouTube and YouTube Kids. Responsibilities include working with policy development experts to create and implement age-appropriate content policies, enforcing these policies, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The role may require reviewing graphic, controversial, and offensive content in line with YouTubes Community Guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure age-appropriate content across the YouTube and YouTube Kids apps.
- Partner with policy development, product teams,





vendor managers, and others.
- Develop and implement policies and guidelines for age-appropriate experiences on YouTube.
- Recognize and respond to emerging platform trends while fostering rewarding outcomes for creators.
- Provide expert decisions and insights for YouTube content reviews related to Age Appropriateness.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership on priority escalations to ensure user safety.
