Senior Analyst, Trust and Safety
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Experience Level: Mid
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
About the Job:
The Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of Google products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and partners from abuse across various Google products.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations between business objectives and systems.
- Conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver within relevant product areas.
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Help establish metrics to benchmark issues and quantify improvements.
- Develop datasets and run experiments.
