Job Description
Policy Enforcement Manager, YouTube Partner Program Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills to frame solutions using data.

Responsibilities:
- Build knowledge of how YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies impact YouTube users, platform changes, and new product launches.
- Manage policy enforcement escalations and develop new enforcement guidelines for YPP, delivering training to reviewers and providing enforcement advice on grey policy areas.
- Support workflows including tooling improvements and scaled workflow optimization.
- Support the launch of new or updated enforcement process solutions across multiple trust and safety teams.
- Ensure workflows reflect policy guidelines, and work with global vendors to enforce sensitive policies.
