Job Description

Job Title: Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Platforms Engineering, Management Office

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience Level: Mid

:

- Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in program management
- Experience managing software engineering programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a leadership role, leading program managers through program strategies, project execution, and risk management.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.






- Ability to run and deliver results on technical projects, and develop strategies to align to business requirements from customers or partner teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Work with engineering teams to plan and prioritize work across multiple teams.
- Manage cross-functional software engineering programs and projects (e.g., communicating schedules, priorities, status, and risks).
- Work with partner teams to launch key features and projects on-time, and identify growth and alignment opportunities with related partner teams and programs.
