**Job Title:** Policy Enforcement Manager, YouTube Trust and Safety
**Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana, India
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, technology research, anti-abuse, policy or related fields.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy, with an interest in international issues (e.g., freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation, etc.).
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience in the misinformation space.
- Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Enforce medical misinformation content policies and ensure quality policy enforcement.
- Research and stay up to date on key trends and operation patterns creating a threat to platform safety.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders on misinformation issues and communicate initiatives to the broader organization and local teams.
- Analyze, identify, prioritize, and deliver strategies to reduce potentially harmful content in the medical misinformation space.
- Manage escalations in the misinformation space while ensuring enforcement and communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
