# : Sr. Account Health Sr. Specialist
Leads utilize extensive knowledge, experience, and judgment to provide operational support to Specialist, Ops Managers, and Sellers. They handle Seller escalations, assist Operations with supplemental Specialist coaching focused on specific behaviors for improvement, and assist Specialists with real-time needs. They diagnose technical and operational issues and propose solutions to improve the Seller experience and operational performance.
## Key Job Responsibilities
- Own underperformers and conduct 1:1 coaching, ensuring the specialist understands how to meet performance standards.
- Insist on high standards around performance, behaviors, and Seller experience within the team.
- Provide direction to others regarding adherence and lobby management guidelines.
- Use data and analytics to make day-to-day business decisions and achieve results.
- Manage performance and behavioral issues through performance management.
## A Day in the Life
- Identify day-to-day operational problems and suggest tactical solutions.
- Analyze data and be responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, and driving/influencing inter-function decisions.
- Influence is primarily within the Classification Specialist organization and will mentor and develop specialists.
- Be active in the training and/or development of specialists.
- Identify gaps and drive improvement/optimization initiatives that work toward metric improvement within processes/functions at the site level.
- Demonstrate the ability to dive deep into a problem, perform root cause analysis, and identify constraints to recommend a solution.
