Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNWI), understanding their financial goals and needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking, investment, and financial planning needs. Provide personalized banking solutions and regular portfolio reviews.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive service and consistent communication. Offer advice on investment products, such as mutual funds, bonds, equities, structured products, and alternative investments. Provide guidance on wealth management strategies, including tax planning, estate planning, and succession planning.

Collaborate with internal product specialists (investment, tax, estate,





etc.) to deliver holistic solutions. Identify and target new prospects for private banking services, focusing on client acquisition and expanding the existing client base. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and leveraging existing client relationships.

Cross-sell bank products such as loans, deposits, insurance, and credit cards to meet individual client needs. Monitor client portfolios and offer advice to optimize investment performance and risk management. Regularly review and adjust financial plans in response to changes in client circumstances or market conditions.

Ensure compliance with the bank’s risk policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Achieve sales targets for banking, investment, and lending products by identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Work with the team to meet performance metrics and revenue goals.

Implement client retention strategies to deepen existing relationships.





Develop personalized financial plans to meet evolving client needs and ensure long-term loyalty. Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management policies.

Conduct due diligence on clients and monitor accounts to prevent potential risks, such as money laundering and fraud.
