Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with 1-4 years of experience in domestic voice process for our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer queries and resolving complaints over the phone
- Handling customer grievances and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Updating customer records and maintaining a database of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduates in any discipline with 1yr exp in customer support or similar role
- 1-4years of experience in domestic voice process
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi(No MTI)
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult customers
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on one's feet
