Key Responsibilities
- Develop dealer networks in your region and extend full support to the dealers to perform better and help meet dealer targets
- Onboard new dealers & distributors proactively
- Work on product knowledge and develop a deep understanding of plywood products
- Work on negotiation and closing: Negotiate and close profitable deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work on customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer, distributor tour & other influencer
- Work on order processing and reporting: Coordinate order processing, maintain accurate sales records, and generate reports for management
- Work on coordination with the production department/factory for logistics
- Hanlde target achievement: Work towards exceeding sales targets. Develop strategies for goal achievement
- Work on coordination with the concerned team for prompt after-sales service
- Coordinate with the branding & marketing team to increase the brand visibility within the assigned area
