Full job description

Profile: Sr. SEO Executive

Location: Mohali

Shift: Night Shift (Cab available for Girls)

Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.

· Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-opportunity keywords and content gaps.

· Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings,





URLs, and internal linking structure to enhance site visibility.

· Perform technical SEO audits, including identifying and fixing site issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.

· Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website content and blogs.

· Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.

· Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

· Provide detailed analysis and reporting on SEO performance, site traffic, and search trends.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.

· Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.







· Proven experience in managing successful SEO campaigns, driving traffic growth, and improving site rankings.

· In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

· Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Note: We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with the Night Shift.
