Role Summary:
Coordination and Support
1. Liaise with internal stakeholders for GTL quotes, approvals, and pricing to win deals
2. Coordinate with sales and internal teams for publishing analysis on quotes generated, funnel, TATS for supporting Business insights
3. Establish appropriate pre sales systems and processes at the HO level for GTL/MSME, Funds and Annuity
4. Timely resolution of all the product queries/ escalation by coordinating with concerned teams at corporate office.
5. Leveraging existing relationships for inter department projects to Support Manager in departmental projects to achieve business goals
6. Establish healthy relationship and rapport with other teams like product, actuarial, operations to help sales achieve targets
Business development Support
1. Track GTL renewals - support sales in retaining renewals
2. Track GTL AIA cases and help drive support in increasing NB strike rate
3. Departmental Lost deals Analysis, GTL pipeline, Funds Pipe, MSME tracker and annuity tracker
4. Align sales funnel & priorities to improve GTL closing ratio
5. Track the Annuity cases and provide support in ensuring closure
Reporting and Insights
1. Provide monthly and/or ad hoc MIS related to Pricing, Riders and Renewal
2. Monthly report Maintain required trackers & reports at product level Pan India for supporting strategic initiatives by HOD
3. To create & maintain all the necessary dashboards, MIS & databases pan India
4.
Maintain effective business MIS/snapshot and presales transaction samples for audit trail, proof and risk mitigation
Training and communication
1. Responsible for end-to-end documentation of all pre sales process for both GTL and Funds
2. Help in customized aids for Sales team on new products/ process/ solutions / data formats
3. Collate improvements basis feedback/requirements from sales
4. Have a central repository of all important circulars, rules, regulations and communicate them effectively
5. Should be process & product champion who can share best practices & knowledge ·
