Job Description: We are seeking seasoned Zonal Sales Managers (ZSM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) with extensive experience in White Goods & Appliances. The ideal candidates should have a proven track record of immediately onboarding C&Fs;, SS, and Distributors while consolidating market share. If you have deep expertise in the consumer electronics domain and are eager to contribute to building a strong brand in India, we want to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage C&Fs;, SS, and Distributors
- Consolidate and grow market share in the assigned region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance
Qualifications:
- 20-25 years of experience in White Goods & Appliances Sales
- Strong network and ability to immediately onboard key partners
