Key Responsibilities

- Research Development: Engage in all stages of research projects, including designing studies and developing survey questionnaires.
- Data Collection: Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection through methods such as interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
- Literature Review: Perform extensive literature reviews to support research objectives and frameworks.
- Statistical Analysis: Analyze collected data using statistical software to derive meaningful insights.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive project execution.

Qualifications

- Educational Background: Candidates typically hold a Master's degree in fields such as Political Science, Social Work, Public Health, or related disciplines.
- Experience: While 0-2 years of experience is preferred,





candidates with relevant internships or project work may also be considered.
