Role : Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting

Timings: 09:00 - 5:30 IST / 6 days Working /Sunday Off
Office Location : Kalol, Gandhinagar
CTC: 6-8 LPA
Primary Responsibilities:
MIS
- Preparation of MIS in Prescribed Format
- Monthly & Quarterly Variance Analysis
- Preparation of Board Meeting Presentations
- Preparation of Various Cost benefit analysis
- Preparation of Cashflow forecast
- Preparation of financial for statutory Audit.
- Preparation of various reports for Holding company requirements
Budgeting
- Preparation of Budget as per Management Directives
- Monthly Budgeted & Actual Variance Analysis
Statutory Audit
- Preparation of Financial for Audit
- Coordination with team and Auditor to complete audit on time
- Resolving audit query on time
Inventory & FA
- Timely closing of Inventory at month end
- Preparation of Inventory related reports on monthly basis
- Maintaining Fixed assets register
- Resolving operational query on time
- Account Payables & Statutory payments
- Having close control on Accounts payables
- Payments of TDS/GST and Filling of Returns on periodic basis
- Compliances related Banking regulations.
