Senior Software Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for technology to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and test new features across both front-end and back-end components of the application.
- Debug, track, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Review code developed by other engineers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Architect and implement scalable web applications, ensuring maintainability, security, and performance.
- Continuously improve the codebase and infrastructure, optimize performance, and implement best-in-class security protocols.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development (internship experience not applicable).
Proficiency in:
- Building complex PHP-based applications and features from the ground up.
- Relational databases (RDBMS), with a preference for MySQL.
- PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony (preferred), or CodeIgniter.
- JavaScript, including front-end frameworks (e.g., Twitter Bootstrap preferred).
- HTML/CSS and JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery preferred).
- RESTful web services development and integration.
- Cloud-based services, particularly AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.).
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of core computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Additional Skills:
- AI/LLM Experience: Experience working with artificial intelligence or large language models. DevOps: Proficiency in DevOps tools and processes.
- Python:
Experience with Python for backend services or scripting.
- Github Profile: A portfolio of code and contributions on GitHub showcasing your technical skills.
