Key Responsibilities :

- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Targets will be on gross profits.

- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition for CM.com's communication solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate how CM.com's SaaS and CPaaSNsolutions can solve their business challenges.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads, managing prospects, and driving sales closures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce CRM.Must-Have Skills :






- 2-3 years of outbound sales experience with an enterprise organisation in a B2B SaaS background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
- Must be fluent in professional working languages Hindi and English.

Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape.
- This is an onsite job and requires the candidate to work from our Bangalore office located in HSR layout.

Probation period of 6 months. Annual CTC between INR 08 to 18 Lakhs based on experience and skillset.
