JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Sr. Associate / AVP
Department: Finance
Rank: Sr. Associate /AVP
Section : FP&A;
Reports To: Vice President – Finance, Mumbai
Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)
Ø To ensure all elements of revenue generation & cost incidence are captured accurately and have financial controls in place to prevent revenue & cost leakages
Ø Tracking, analyzing & reporting of financial dashboard for the segments, product groups & branches basis Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) policy
Ø Prepare the budgets & forecast for the year as well as monthly flash
Ø Preparing the business review presentation, budget presentation etc
Ø Identification & resolution of system issues & driving automation of manual processes
Ø Cost analytics to drive cost efficiencies at entity level as also the cost allocation methodologies for segment / product / branch basis the cost drivers
Ø Guidance on IFRS Accounting & ensure Group month-end closure. Support the accounting set up in the core banking for new products / processes
Ø Head office reporting - To prepare and timely submit various financial and regulatory submission to Head office
Required Experience
Ø Minimum 8–10 years of MIS experience in a Bank or NBFC. Bank preferred
Ø Experience on Qlikview, Tableau or other financial application would be preferred
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Ø Chartered Accountant

Technical Competencies
Ø Prior experience in the banking industry as detailed above preferred
