Coordinating with various teams for land acquisition, grid integration, and infrastructure development
Overseeing engineering, procurement, and installation processes
Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met
Managing client relationships and expectations
Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a strong safety culture
Coordinating with operation and maintenance teams post-project completion
Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:5-7 years of experience in solar power plant execution
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, particularly solar
Familiarity with grid integration and infrastructure development processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Understanding of safety regulations and environmental impact of renewable energy projects
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
