Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in managing client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Work closely with the design, strategy, and advertising teams to resolve client issues and answer project-related questions.
Support the customer success team in tracking and resolving client concerns.
Help maintain and update customer support databases and tools.
Learn and assist with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track and analyze client interactions.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and customer experience reviews.
Work on ad-hoc tasks as required to support the overall customer support process.
