Fusion HCM Product Development team designs, develops, releases, and maintains the Fusion suite of HCM Applications. Oracles Human Resources goes beyond traditional HR tasks with applications that balance people, processes,

Built from the ground up on open standards, Oracles Fusion HCM is developed for the Cloud and cloud at customer, and on your device of choice, to provide a simple user interface to deliver relevant and secure information to manage your organization. Global processes, interactive organisational charts, collaborative tools, predictive analytics, and productive role-defined processes are natively delivered out of the box to enable rapid deployment of critical HR functionality.
Responsibilities
1. Degree/Major: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech from reputed universities.
2. Experience: 2 to 8 years of strong experience/background in any Automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc) or other automation testing tools and proficiency in Java/JavaScript/Python.
3. The ideal candidate should have strong automation experience to script in Java/JavaScript with Selenium.
4. Good understanding of Software Development Processes.
5.
Self-starter, able to deliver projects on time meeting high-quality standards.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Experience in testing and automation of any of the HCM products.
9. Experience in automating and testing AI and ML systems is an added advantage.
Qualifications
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
