Introduction
In this role, youll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As an Application Package Specialist, youll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. Youll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage related configuration independently.
- Should be flexible to work in different time zones.
- Should have strong communication skills and very good interpersonal skills.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A.
- Minimum 5 7 years in SAP CPI.
- Should be able to manage related configuration independently.
- Experience in writing detailed specifications for the development of custom programs.
- Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Support and execute data migration activities.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Should have resolution skills to resolve defects and incidents with quick turnaround time.
- Should have worked on at least two End to End implementation projects independently.
