Role
As the Lead Total Rewards - Compensation, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Head - Total Rewards. The purpose of your role will be implementing the Total Rewards strategy by designing/restructuring of, compensation structure, customized rewards and compensation proposals including incentives and benefits for employees and new hires.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Attracting and Retaining Key talent through designing competitive compensation structures.
2.
Conduct market surveys & analysis, prepare comp proposals for CEO & CHRO reviews.
3. Support to TA team in new joiners fitment and CTC & work on campus hiring framework.
4. Conduct job analysis, evaluation & grade fitments, maintain JDs, work on role based employee-grade mapping.
5. Prepare various reports, conduct audits & digitize Total Rewards processes to drive efficiency.
6. Develop and recommend compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Academic Qualification & Experience
- MBA in HR
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices
- Experience in global mobility desirable
