Hi Position Customer Support Executive Voice Chat Process Location Gurgaon Working Days 5 Days Weekends Off Note This is an onsite position with no workfromhome or remote options Job Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and accurate manner Resolve productrelated issues by clarifying customer complaints identifying the cause and providing solutions within 24 hours Escalate complex issues to the reporting manager when necessary Ensure all communication adheres to company policies tone and standards Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns Maintain a review rating of at least 4 2 stars on all online platforms Conduct daily checks of reviews and provide accurate solutions for our online platforms Record all customer interactions and actions taken in the companys CRM system Expected Skills Proficiency in Customer Query Handling Good Typing Skills Strong Communication Skills Basic Commercial Knowledge
