Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of diverse and multiple civil, interior projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project deliverables.
- Coordination with external consultants, such as architect, interior designer , HVAC and electrical consultants etc. for planning and designing of the project and get them deliver the drawings as per requirements so that execution could not affect at project site.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
- Understanding and coordination of all MEP, IT,
security and automation services, related to diverse interior projects like offices, hotel/guest houses, experience centers and high-end residences.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex engineering and construction challenges
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as government agencies, contractors, and consultants to facilitate project approvals and clearances
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize processes and enhance project efficiency
- Prepare project progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans for senior management review
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the projects team
- Ensure compliance with Adani's ethical standards, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives throughout project execution
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15-20 years of experience in the civil and interior projects planning and execution industry.
- Exposer to office buildings with interiors, high end residential, Hotels and institutional projects is preferable.
Education Qualification
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
