We seek a passionate and committed individual to join our sales team The sales executives responsibilities will include contacting clients via phone email and instant messaging to understand a clients needs recommend the appropriate product or service and receive payments for the same This requires good communication skills and an understanding of our products and services an individual who is patient and willing to learn will thrive in this role Job Responsibilities Contacting customers via phone email instant messaging and inperson to make sales Meeting daily weekly and monthly sales targets Handling customer queries and concerns and taking appropriate action to follow up Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to clients Managing the sales process through our database CRM Effective recordkeeping of client interactions and activities on CRM Participating in sales team meetings and training as and when required Qualifications requirements Good communication skills both oral and written Excellent negotiation and problemsolving skills Patient and have the ability to support our customercentric work culture Punctual reliable patient and willing to go the extra mile to succeed in the role Proficiency in Microsoft office and Excel will be an advantage
