About the Role As an HR Executive you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting onboarding employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations This role requires a proactive and detailoriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture Job Brief We are looking for a detailoriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff The ideal candidate is required to stay uptodate with changes in work legislation and industry standards They will overseerecruitment and selection processes develop and implement HR strategies and handle employee relations Roles and Responsibilities To work on the recruitment position assigned by the Team Lead To ensure CVs are shared with the client within the timelines specified by the Lead To coordinate with the shortlisted selected candidates for joining formalities To support the Lead in time of excess requirements and undertake developmental initiatives to enhance team building To develop and maintain own database of CVs of the categories assigned Develop amicable relations with employees on a longterm basis keeping in mind the Companys goodwill To update and complete documentation of the approached and selected candidates To ensure minimum back outs during the recruitment cycle To provide complete and accurate information of the prospective candidates presented for review to the client Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards Manage and supervise the HR department staff Oversee recruitment andselection processes including sourcing interviewing and hiring new employees Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures Design Job Descriptions and post on Portals and Social Media Conduct performance evaluations and providefeedback to Candidates Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management Develop and maintain positive relationships with Clients and Candidates Requirements Minimum 12th Pass Fresher or Experienced in HR Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills Whatsapp Deva Malik hidden mobile Email hidden email
