Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant cum Computer Operator at Haridwar University. The ideal candidate must have 4-14 years of experience in similar roles. The role requires a combination of administrative and technical skills to support the smooth functioning of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and handling technical operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Screen and manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Handle basic technical issues and provide support to team members
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform basic data entry and record keeping
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 4-14 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic software
- Experience in handling basic technical issues
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
