Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dotnet Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Dotnet technologies. The candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and a strong technical background in Dotnet frameworks and related technologies. This position is located in India.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Dotnet developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software applications
- Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure adherence to best practices
- Develop and maintain software documentation,
including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals
- Ensure timely delivery of software projects by tracking project progress and taking corrective actions when necessary
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality meets organizational standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in software applications
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Dotnet technologies
- Strong knowledge of Dotnet frameworks, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MVC
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
