5 days working/ 2 rotational week offs.
US rotational shifts.
PACKAGE:
max up to3.80 LPA (20%-30% hike on last drawn CTC).
Performance based incentives.
CAB FACILITY:
2 way cab provided.
Candidate must be flexible to work both from home and officeif required.

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and standards. You will play a key role in fostering a safe and positive environment for our users.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate violations of content guidelines, including hate speech, harassment, and inappropriate material.
- Monitor and report trends in content moderation issues and user behavior to help improve processes and policies.
- Keep up-to-date with platform policies, industry trends, and emerging issues related to online safety and moderation.
